Light as a feather, heavy as a rock

At some point this morning you noticed it. You started to feel... light. And then lighter still. As if gravity were losing its grip.
The feeling slowly grew, and then just as slowly began to fade away. You felt weight return to you, pressing your feet with comforting solidity against the floor... only to start slipping away from you once again.
Gravity comes in waves; the changes are noticeable over periods of a couple of hours or so. At your lightest, you are experiencing about 0.5 g. Sometimes gravity is normal; occasionally it swings as high as 1.1 g, and you feel a bit heavy. Anyone spending time in the observation deck may notice the Sun sliding slowly across the sky as well, as the rotating asteroids wobble on their axes.
This continues all day.
